Spoke to Steve about getting my car remapped as it was unresponsive and lacked feel when driving. Must admit I thought it would make a bit of difference.
I can’t believe the difference loads of torque and really responsive improvement is staggering to be honest. Friendly polite and helpful service took about an hour coffee supplied vey happy to recommend to anyone.
I’m 55 so no boy racer I get a smother drive and no down side for the price it’s probably the best money i have spent for a long time.

De-catted my multistrada 1200dvt and every one told me it would develop a flat spot, i ignored their advice and carried on regardless. After a 800 mile round trip and noticing the flat spot a couple of times and it seemed to be running a tad rich i decided i would give the idea of a re-map a go. The ecu guru that is Steve, talked me through every thing from start to finish... he told me what he could do and what the benefits of the re-map was. He is literally the other side of the country to me so i opted for the postal service... Steve talked me through taking the ecu out (I'm not the best with a set of spanners but even I could do it) and getting it posted off to him... wow what a difference! Flat spot be gone! The bike feels like it wants to pull my head off in every gear, when you really pull that throttle open!!!! Its fantastic... he also removed the 02 sensor and the exhaust valve servo eliminator from the bikes ecu stopping any error codes popping up. I honestly cant recommend Steve enough. Its completely changed how my bike responds for the better!!

Auto-Sleeper Broadway

Auto-Sleeper Broadway/Fiat 2.3 150bhp – I wanted better performance to tackle long gradients such as found over Bodmin Moor and in the Scottish Highlands, so I had a chat with Steve from SRS Performance, whom I learned about from Auto-Sleepers owners Club. Steve recommended a re-map up to 175/180bhp being well within the engine capability.

Two substantial improvements resulted.

Firstly the increased torque resulted in climbing Bodmin Moor long steep gradients without dropping speed and in top gear, seemingly effortlessly.
Secondly and unexpectedly, the increase in torque turned the modern Comfort(auto)matic gearbox into a silky performer, smoothing out the robotic gear changes almost to the equivalent of the traditional wet clutch automatic. This is really good.

I expected some improvement in fuel consumption which is the case but not much when I am getting the real benefits of the increased torque in the ease of performance.

My Insurance company were quite happy with the endorsement.

Amazing result Steve ! Flat spot gone which makes such a difference to the ride at slower speeds and it’s so much much better on throttle response. Also you saved me so much money on a Power Commander I have more money to buy T-Shirts !!!

It was good to meet you this morning and thanks so much for the remap on my Cupra. Right from the start you gave me confidence that you knew what you were doing and that you were a legitimate remap specialist. Having worked your remap magic the car is even more responsive than it was before and I am delighted with the result. You summed it up perfectly when you said that the ‘drive’ mode has become ‘sport’ mode and the ‘sport’ mode has become ‘sport plus plus’ – that is exactly how the car feels. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend an SRS Performance Remap.

Thank you for your work on my Alfa this afternoon. The result is transformational. Throttle response is instant and the extra torque allows acceleration up hills where it would previously have struggled through the gearbox. The Alfa was fun to drive before because of its excellent road holding, but now it is a pleasure.

I have had a couple of cars remapped before seeing Steve and the service is incomparable . Steve takes the time to explain how remapping works and no-one has previously bothered taking the car for a drive to get a better feel as to the improvements that are needed. Although if I could drive like Steve I am not sure my Mustang actually needed remapping. Steve has an obvious love of cars and I now have a beast that delivers much smoother power, carries speed better and doesn’t have the flat spot it used to. And at a very competitive price. If I do ever change the beast, the next one will be on it’s way to Steve to work his magic.
